Fasting Food Menu

Breakfast Menu

  • Kamut Cereal, Millet, porridge made with either almond milk, flaxseed milk, coconut milk or hemp milk
    • Use no sugar to make
  • Scramble ackee or chickpeas seasoned with red & green peppers
  • Vegan Pancakes
    • blueberry pancake brand with no eggs, cow milk, casein, or whey
    • made from kamut or spelt flour
    • used maple syrup, agave, coconut sugar or dates sugar
  • Vegan fennel sausage
    • fennel sausage brand with no eggs, casein, or whey
  • Ackee or Ackee with seaweed seasoned with red & green peppers

  • Banana fritters (good for iron)

Lunch Menu

  • Maitake mushrooms (chicken taste)
  • oyster mushrooms (chicken taste)
  • portobello mushroom (beef taste)
  • seaweed
  • walnut meat
  • Quinoa patty
  • Mushroom burger
  • Vegetable soup
    • lentil soup, tofu soup, pea soup, split pea soup, and etc.
    • used with no cheese

Dinner Menu

  • Maitake mushrooms (chicken taste)
  • oyster mushrooms (chicken taste)
  • portobello mushroom (beef taste)
  • seaweed
  • walnut meat
  • Vegetable salad
  • Chickpea stew, split peas stew, red kidney bean stew, field peas and etc.
  • Lentil Stew
  • maitake mushroom soup, oyster mushroom soup, portobello mushroom soup, and lentil soup

Please Plan to have 3 meals a day with no snacks and pray before every 3 hours around the clock if you can. If not pray in-between meal or do a morning prayer, afternoon prayer, evening prayer before meal. Please take a look at the prayer blog page for more detail for praying. Suggestion to get the “The Vegan Soulfood guide” book, Vegan Soul Kitchen, and etc. If you are working while on this fasting Google the website for the closest Vegan or health food restaurant.

    Also I can reccomend the Vegan pancakes i make for breakfast or anytime really- ARROWHEAD MILLS Organic Buckwheat pancakes -they’re O-tay!
    I also use natural maple syrup and only add Almond milk EV Olive oil and walnuts/pecans/fried apples, maybe some nutmeg/cinnamon… UMMMMMM GOOD!

      Saying the Our father and Mother prayer before eating and blessing the food is a very good discipline. This is good mediation to keep doing this… almond butter and cherry jelly are good sugar to have. It is the artificial sugar that does not mix good with our natural body (blood vessel).

      Wow, you are very good with preparing vegan breakfast menu, that’s for sure. Maybe, if you have the time you can assist me with setting up a vegan breakfast menu.
