Benefit of Vitamins

There are a lot of people at risk on the everyday life being exposed to cold, fever, and other various diseases such as:

  • headache
  • sorethroat
  • cough
  • various type of flu disease
  • cold sore fever

It is important to take your vitamins everyday especially if you are a person alway working long hours. There are vitamins drug products which contain chemicals such as pills, capsules, and liquid vitamins that may cause other severe problems like liver problems, kidney problems, and etc. It’s not that these vitamins products does not work at all; it’s a matter that these products can treat us for the same issue but damage us in another area of the body. The seeds of the fruits is what stores most of the nutrients to help build up our immune system. The same way a seed development process is to reproduce cells, stems, and etc is the same way our body needs that nutrients to reproduce our cells and etc. Some seeds have antioxants within fruits like figs, dates, and grapes to help fight off bacterias, germs, and other diseases.
