Discipline
What does discipline as to do with eating food? It speaks volume when you are considering weight issue, additions, good values, self observation and self control:
- Eat good foods to please your hungry receiving nutrients that your body needs
- stop eating once you feel full; it takes 15 minutes to send a signal that you are completely full
- eat foods that will give nutrients to the whole body
- learn about what foods will give you the proper nutrients
- Try not to be addicted to anything such as junk foods, sex, fleshly desire, and etc.
- Squat your knees in a bending position when making a bowel movements
- Use your left hand to clean feces from your anus area
- Use your right hand to eat food
- Learn how to properly exercise your body
- Take some time to observe your self; learn more about your self
- There are a few negative confession at the dinner table:
- pray before taking your first bit
- keep your elbows on the tables when eating
- wash your hands with warm water & soap before eating
- use your right hand to eat instead of left hand
- no talking while eating your foods
- brush your teeth after eating food
