    • The body should receive 3 bowel movements a day
    • Feces should be a greenish\light brown color
    • Urine color should be light yellow
    • Do you receive any pains within your body?
      • Headache, constantly coughing, gas in the body, and etc.

3.  Making the decision to change your dieting

  • We can eat healthy foods to stay alive
    • Eat foods that will give you more energy
    • We can eat different to avoid sickness
      • We are what we eat; eat dead meat and the body stay
      • Don’t let rotten meats over a period of time destroy your skin, sleep, and etc
    • We can live a more peaceful life
      • Less trips to the hospital\doctors office
      • Less discomfort within the body

  • Become in tune with the spiritual things of this world
  • Receiving the spiritual blessing that is destiny for your life
