Herban Pleasure

We are created to eat the tree of life!!!

Genesis Ch. 1:29 – And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

• • Our creator has created us to eat every herb upon the face of the earth for meat

Genesis Ch. 2:29 – And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

• • The spirit of our creator formed man from the dust of the ground then blowing the spirit of life in the man.
  • Out of the ground cause the spirit of our creator to grow every tree that is pleasant to sight and good for food
  • Both tree of life and tree of knowledge was in the midst of the garden
  • man was not to eat of the tree of all knowledge, which cause of good & of evil
  • Creator has given us life and wants us to eat from the tree of life

Genesis Ch. 2:16-17 – And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

• • The spirit of our creator commanded us to eat of every tree except for the tree of knowledge, which the first man did.
  • The first commandment that the first man broken as cause the living soul to die

Genesis Ch. 3:12-13 – 12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.

13 And the Lord God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

• • Don’t blame  others for not following our creator commandments
  • Do not let any serpent, any thing or any man trick you (deceive us) into eating  something our creator did not tell us to eat of

Genesis Ch. 3:22  And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

• • Through the acts of disobedient to our creator, the spirit of our creator knows man is capable of good and evil
  • If we use our hands to work and eat of the tree of life, so we can live forever

Making up your mind to be or become Health Conscious.

1. Understanding why it is important to eating health
2. Acknowledging your inner body functions such as

• For example, are the foods you eat pleasing when it goes through your digestive system?
• What does your bowel movement look like?
  • The body should receive 3 bowel movements a day
  • Feces should be a greenish\light brown color
  • Urine color should be light yellow
  • Do you receive any pains within your body?
    • Headache, constantly coughing, gas in the body, and etc.

3.  Making the decision to change your dieting

• We can eat healthy foods to stay alive
  • Eat foods that will give you more energy
  • We can eat different to avoid sickness
    • We are what we eat; eat dead meat and the body stay
    • Don’t let rotten meats over a period of time destroy your skin, sleep, and etc
  • We can live a more peaceful life
    • Less trips to the hospital\doctors office
    • Less discomfort within the body

4.  Regaining your spiritual being or spiritual awareness

• Learning the spiritual things of our 1 creator (GOD)
• Become in tune with the spiritual things of this world
• Receiving the spiritual blessing that is destiny for your life
